8 skills to foster positive emotions

The mind-body connection is my life's work, both personally and professionally. When our mind is healthy, our body is healthy, and vice versa.
8 skills to foster positive emotions, and in turn, boost physical health mentioned in this New York Times Well post include:
Recognize a positive event each day.
Savor that event and log it in a journal or tell someone about it.
Start a daily gratitude journal.
List a personal strength and note how you used it.
Set an attainable goal and note your progress.
Report a relatively minor stress and list ways to reappraise the event positively.
Recognize and practice small acts of kindness daily.
Practice mindfulness, focusing on the here and now rather than the past or future.
Numbers 1, 2, 3, 5, and 7 are daily occurrences in my life. Number 8 is TOUGH but something I'm working on!
Which of these do you regularly practice? Which one would you like to focus on and develop into a new happiness habit?
Have a happy and healthy day!
