Remember to Clean Your Mind

Remember to clean your hands and your mind. This time is both about understanding and leaning into warnings, precautions, and anxieties as well as about appreciating the good that is always ever present. Acknowledge your fears, then acknowledge your blessings. Notice the scary changes and then highlight how these changes have produced positive routines and new habits. In every new situation there is opportunity to experience fear and anxiety as well as opportunity to learn and grow. Life is never all or nothing, it's always BOTH/AND.
